Questionnaire |
Dear Postdoctoral Fellows,
This survey was designed by the Postdoctoral Association (PDA) at SFU to evaluate the experiences of postdocs. All data collected from this survey are for internal use by the PDA to further evaluate the events and services offered and identify areas where changes may be able to be made to further our support of postdocs here at SFU. Your opinion is important to us. This is your chance to focus our future efforts on areas that are important to your experiences as early career researchers.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to participate. If you do not want to answer some of the questions you are free to skip them and complete what you feel comfortable with. If you complete the survey this will mean that you have consented to participate in this project.
Your survey responses will be anonymous. However, due to the nature of the questions it is possible that your identity could be inadvertently disclosed to the individuals who analyze these data. PDA President (Jannik Ehrich), VP Policy (Vera-Ellen Lucci), and VP Internal (Daniel Gan) will be the only people with access to individual survey data, to complete the analysis of these survey responses. Any data that is presented in a public forum will be presented as aggregate, anonymous data. Aggregate results may be shown on university webpages for the community to view. Your participation is essential in assisting in this process.
By selecting YES, you consent to the use of your survey results for the purposes outlined above. If you do not wish to participate please, please select NO.
On behalf of the PDA, we would like to thank you in advance for your contribution.
Many thanks,
SFU PDA Executive
