Thank you for taking the time to write an award nomination. This nomination form is used for two awards:
Faculty Excellence Award
Faculty Excellence Award
Award for Excellence in Interculturalization
Every faculty member who is nominated will be sent a certificate of nomination and invited to submit a full portfolio for adjudication by the awards committees.
You may nominate as many people as you would like, each nomination must be on a separate form.
