You will be asked a series of questions to assess your resilience which can be thought of as your ability to “bounce back” when you encounter a difficult situation. Self-efficacy, the confidence you have in your own ability to deal with difficult tasks or situations, will also be assessed. As well, there will be some questions to evaluate your current level of physical activity and activities of daily living.
  • This survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
  • As a participant in this study, you will be asked to participate in a follow-up interview with either Dr. Butcher or the student researcher. You are not required to participate in this interview and a renewal of consent would need to first be obtained.
  • If you are interested in taking part in the follow-up interview you will be diverted from the initial online survey once it has been completed to a second unconnected survey to provide your contact information.
