This year's theme
Student Academic Success by Design: Merging Rigour with Inclusion in Education

Faculty, staff, and educational developers are invited to share their innovative practices, insights, and research that connect teaching excellence with accessible pedagogical practices. This event will emphasize intentional, evidence-based teaching that promotes academic excellence in equitable learning experiences.

Presentation proposals are being accepted for
Lightning talks: 10-minute presentations (plus a Q&A session)  
Discover sessions: 45-minute sessions showcasing innovative practices, lessons learned, and research-based strategies that prioritize deliberate course design to support student success

Presentations should address one or more of the following key themes
Deliberate and inclusive course design
Assessment for learning
Innovative teaching approaches
Creating a sense of belonging 
Lessons from practice

Submission guidelines
Proposal length: 250 words
Submission deadline: March 10, 2025, 11:59pm PST
