Please keep in mind the purpose of this award is to help prioritize inner-city schools.

The budget should detail what funds are needed and will be used for. 1) Please include the cost of materials for an activity for the classroom; 2) Provide a detailed cost per student. NOTE: Meals are typically not funded – only eligible if students cannot access hot lunch. Capital costs will not be funded. What are capital costs? Capital costs represent the fixed, one-time investments made in acquiring land, buildings, and equipment essential for producing goods or delivering services. These expenditures include the purchase of property and the costs associated with construction and procuring machinery.
