Introduction & Instructions

Applicants must be a resident and reside in the province of Saskatchewan.

This form is viewed best on a computer, but can be accessed by tablet or phone. It will be helpful for you to gather documents such as your CV, medical school and residency training history, recency of practice dates, any information regarding medical examination dates and scores, as well as any language proficiency test dates and results before you begin.

Mandatory questions are marked with a red asterix * and you will not be able to advance without providing an answer.

Once we receive your completed form and verify your eligibility, we will contact you to set up an intake interview with a member of the IMG Support Program staff.

The International Medical Graduate (IMG) Support Program is delivered by the Division of Continuing Medical Education (CME), College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan and funded by the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Government of Saskatchewan.
