Come get your brain active with these superfoods!! In fifteen minutes, make yourself some no-bake energy bites that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids (good for your brain), chia and flax seeds (good for your gut), and low in sugar (to help you focus). Emily will guide students through creating these delicious snacks, and the recipe will be available for those who want to try on their own at home. Please note: ingredients include nut butter, which can be substituted with alternate butter when making at home.
The event is drop-in and open to everyone who comes; however, students may register to receive email reminders.
