Before beginning your application please prepare answers to the following questions (in separate PDF documents for each questions):

a. Provide a description of the potential impact your research will have on teaching and learning and the SoTL Community (max. 500 words).
b. Provide a description of the relevance your research will have on your USask College and the University Plan 2025 (max 500 words).
c. Describe how considerations of equity, diversity, and inclusion will be addressed in conceptulization/design of the project
11. Upload a copy of your SoTL project description. The project description should be written jointly by the student and the supervisor and should provide ample opportunities for independent and advanced work. The project description should clearly and concisely outline the major elements of the project, using up to three pages, including: Background of the Study Objectives of the Study Methodology (be specific within the allotted space) Analysis and Interpretation Expected outcomes (i.e. conference presentations, publications, reports, new guidelines, changes to practice, etc.) Responsibilities of the applicant and the supervisor, including a mentorship plan (Describe the mentor(s) role(s) in the proposed research project, including their areas of expertise).
12. Upload a complete list of references cited.
13. Upload a timeline for the study.
14. Upload a budget justification, including an appropriate itemized budget.
15. Upload a copy of your recent CV.
