Additional Prize Draw Details
Only one prize will be awarded per winner. Prize winners will be contacted at the email address provided above to inform them that they have won a prize and to arrange for the prize to be sent to them. Entering into the Digital Transformation survey, which is a detailed multi-step survey, is considered to be the skill-testing element required for eligibility to win a prize.
It is the sole responsibility of the contest participant to provide an email address at the time of the survey that they can be reached at in the future for the purpose of the prize draw. If the contact information provided/confirmed by the winner as the appropriate email address to contact them at about the prize draw is no longer valid, or if the winner's contact is valid but he/she is unable to be contacted and does not return phone or email messages within two weeks of the first contact attempt, the winner will be considered to have withdrawn from the contest. If the prize remains unclaimed after the final prize claim deadline expires, a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible participants. If the prize winner declines to accept the award, a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible participants.
