Before you begin, ensure you have all the necessary materials to complete the application. Once you exit the survey your application is submitted as is. If you are not finished completing the information and leave the SurveyMonkey application, you will not be able to return to where you left off and your application will be considered incomplete.
This scholarship is to recognize the superior academic performance of a graduate student in his/her first or second year of study in a Master of Science degree program, who has demonstrated athletic and leadership abilities.
Open to students in the first or second year of study in a Master of Science degree program with an academic average of 85%. Students who have not yet started their graduate program at the time of application will not be considered.
You will need to include the following:
a brief statement, no more than two pages in length, describing your athletic and leadership abilities
a letter of recommendation from an individual that can support your statement
unofficial copy of your USask transcripts (all levels)
Preference will be given to students who:
are pursuing a Master of Science in Biology or Mathematics & Statistics
demonstrate athletic ability in Huskie level athletics
