Study Information

Thank you for participating in our survey, your feedback is appreciated!

Purpose
This project is co-led between the Arrell Food Institute at the University of Guelph and the Food and Agriculture Institute at the University of the Fraser Valley. We are seeking the input of agri-food system stakeholders to assess Canadian agriculture technology industry trends and strengths and to better understand the barriers for agri-food technology commercialization as well as adoption.

Insights from this work will produce reports and academic articles that provide guidance to Provincial and Federal governments on approaches for increasing food system sustainability, resilience, and contributing to net-zero goals through the use of agri-food technologies. In addition, the results of the project will be made publicly available in the form of academic journals and reports, which will enhance public knowledge on environmental, social, economic, and technological considerations around agri-food technology.
