This competition is open to students in any degree program at USask. To be eligible, applicants must be in good academic standing and have not received more than $16,000 per year in funding from USask sources, which includes awards and stipends, and must demonstrate financial need.
Preference will be given to PhD students in the latter years of their program (beyond year 2).

Items required to complete this application:
- List of revenues and expenses for the 2025 calendar year (January 1 - December 31, 2025)
- Current up-to-date University of Saskatchewan transcripts (unofficial transcripts will be accepted)
