Eligibility Questionnaire Study Overview Question Title * 1. Aim of study: To see how many and what types of food-related images and videos are seen by adolescents and young adults on social media. Summary of eligibility criteria: • Must be aged 18-24 years and a user of social media (i.e., have at least one social media account)• Must be able to read, speak and understand English• Must be a resident of Canada Participation in this study involves the following: You will respond to a short questionnaire and attend a Zoom session of approximately 30 minutes with a member of the research team to be introduced to the study and provided with instructions on how to proceed. You will then use social media as you normally would for 7 days. During this time, you will take screenshots of any food-related images or videos seen on social media. You will share these screenshots with the research team, answering a few multiple-choice questions about each screenshot as you share it. At the end of the 7 days, you will meet with the research team for a second time for approximately 15 minutes to answer questions about the food-related images and videos viewed. You will need to first provide consent before you are able to participate. Compensation: You will receive a $30 gift card of their choice from giftcard.ca at the end of the study.
