* 7. Registration Fee - You will be contacted by SELU to confirm your registration and an invoice will be sent. Method of payment accepted is VISA/Mastercard and cheques from your school division, education authority, tribal council or band. Inludes all presentations, lunches, nutrition breaks and social event.

* 8. How will you be paying for your registration? Registration must be paid in full prior to the conference unless alternative arrangements have been made with SELU. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made and to seek reimbursement from your school division, education authority, tribal council or band. The conference fee is not a part of tuition for graduate students.

* 9. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. A block of rooms has been set aside for this conference at Staybridge Inn and Suites which provides free guest parking.
