The Department of Psychology invites applications for Summer 2025 Academic (TA) positions.

IMPORTANT: It is very difficult to estimate course enrolments in advance of the commencement of classes; therefore in order to be prepared, it is assumed that all courses being offered will attain registration levels that make them eligible for a teaching assistant. As registration proceeds, the number of TA hours assigned per course may be increased where enrolments are higher than anticipated; at the same time, courses that do not attain a set minimum enrolment may become ineligible for TA support, the number of TA hours may be reduced, or on very rare occasions the course may be cancelled altogether.
Priority for TA appointments will be in accordance with Appointment Priority Policy for Specialist Instructional (CUPE 4163) Positions Appointment Priority Policy – A (p. 40). It is anticipated that employment decisions will be made approximately two weeks after the closing date; please note that an application does not ensure employment.
