CSI 4900 Project Registration

Enter the following information:

- Name and Student ID Number

- Team Members: If you are part of a group project (3 members maximum), please list the name and student ID numbers of your other teammate or teammates. If it is an individual project, leave these slots blank.

- Term and Year that you are enrolled.

- Project Title: Use a title that briefly describes your project. This title will also be used as the title for your presentation.

- Project Supervisor: Write the name of the professor who agreed to supervise your project. Please add their affiliations and email addresses if they are not from EECS.

- Project co-Supervisor: Please also add the info of project co-supervisor if any.
