Before you begin, ensure you have all the necessary materials to complete the application. Once you exit the survey, your application is submitted as is. If you are not finished completing the information and leave the SurveyMonkey application, you will not be able to return to where you left off and your application will be considered incomplete.
This award is open to full-time, fully qualified graduate students engaged in cancer research at the University of Saskatchewan. Students who have not yet started their graduate program at the time of application will not be considered.
The following items are needed to complete the application:
Description of the proposed research, using layperson terms (2 pages max.)
An up-to-date CV
Your unofficial USask transcripts (all levels)
A letter of support from your supervisor is required. The letter should include comments on your personal qualities, past achievements, and future potential. Please have this letter forwarded to gradstudies.awards@usask.ca.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 80% in the last two completed years of study.
