Welcome to the Prenatal and Postpartum Physical Wellness and Fitness Survey!
The survey is a part of the evaluation of the Prenatal and Postpartum Program (PNP3) designed to provide relevant, targeted and evidence-based physical wellness and fitness to women and gender-diverse personnel. Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) have set up PNP3 to support Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members in the prenatal or postpartum phase of pregnancy. The survey provides the opportunity to seek your input and determine program success, areas for improvement, and the impact on members. Your participation in the survey is vital and very much appreciated.
All prenatal and postpartum women and gender-diverse CAF personnel are encouraged to complete the PNP3 online survey. The survey should take 30 minutes to complete. Your participation is important and will help us evaluate the effectiveness of PNP3 in achieving key outcomes such as physical fitness, preventing musculoskeletal injuries, social support, and changing nutrition behavior in prenatal and postpartum CAF members. The questionnaire will be administered at the beginning and at the end of the prenatal and postpartum experience. However, CAF members at any stage of pregnancy or up to 12 months postpartum are encouraged to participate. Participation in this study is voluntary and can be completed at any time and location where you have access to the internet.
To help encourage participation and as an incentive for helping us improve the lives of women and gender-diverse CAF personnel we are offering everyone who completes a prenatal and postpartum physical wellness and fitness survey questionnaire entry into a draw for a chance to win one of three CANEX gift cards valued at $1,000, $750, and $500.
