FHS Visitor Parking Request Form

All parking requests should be submitted at least ONE full business day (8:30am-4:30pm*) but not more than 3 business days in advance. Failure to complete the request form may result in the vehicle being towed. *Note: requests submitted after 4:30 pm are considered the next business day.

You will be contacted with confirmation & reservation details within 1 business day. Please REVIEW your reservation for accuracy. If you do not receive your confirmation email, you do NOT have a reservation.

Please be advised that we have no control over other people parking without permission in our Faculty’s reserved stalls, and are not responsible for any added inconvenience. This does occur periodically.

In the event that someone else has parked in your reserved stall on the date of your reservation, please ask the guest to park in any other NON-RESERVED stall in any SFU parking lot, and to email us at fhsrecep@sfu.ca; we will advise Parking Services that your guest is exempt and to ticket the offender.
