1. Introduction

DMT Experiences are profound, unusual and often difficult to remember . This survey is designed to assist people in recovering the details of  DMT Experiences and help build a better understanding of these extraordinary experiences. It is based on extensive research that has found some of the most common content encountered by people who have ingested DMT in various forms.

 The questions are divided into the following general categories: Places, Objects, Entities, Feelings and Attributes. Both Places and Entities have further subcategories that will assist with greater recall.


Places are divided in subcategories or Threshold, Passageways, Environments. Entities are divided into subcategories of Appearance, Behaviour and Disposition.

Threshold

During the onset of the DMT trip many people described encountering a Threshold before entering different Places. This most often consisted of observing complex visual phenomena, feelings and sounds. The purpose of these phenomena is often unknown.
