Survey on Appreciation and Recognition

To enhance a culture of appreciation in the College of Medicine, we want to hear how you have been appreciated and recognized and how you appreciate and recognize others. If you have not been the giver or the recipient, we want to hear why - what barriers are there? What supports could help you?

For our purposes:
  • Recognition is given in response to the work you do and tends to be more formal.
  • Appreciation is given in response to who you are and how you treat others and tends to be more informal.
