Purpose of Research Project

Thank you for your interest in this study that is investigating how gene-based diet approaches and digital reality technology environments may affect health behaviours. The overall purpose of this study is to investigate whether peer-based personalized nutrition approaches provided in select digital reality technology environments leads to greater dietary improvements, health outcomes, nutrition and food related health literacy compared to standard health practitioner-based personalized nutrition interventions.

Do I Need to Take Part?

Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw from the research study at any time, or not partake at all. There will be no negative consequences if you decide to withdraw. If you agree to participate, you may decline to answer any questions or participate in any parts of the procedures or tasks - all without negative consequences.
