Please review the nomination details and criteria on the Faculty Member Awards of Excellence website.
Please note the following general policies:
- CVs should be named "LAST NAME FIRST NAME CV" and as a single file if there are multiple nominees.
- Letters of nomination should be named "LAST NAME FIRST NAME Nomination Letters" and uploaded as a single file, if there are multiple letters for one nominee.
- All files should be uploaded as PDFs.
- Do not use punctuation in any of the file names.
- You must complete the nomination in one session (cannot save it to complete later).
- You may submit as many nominations as you wish.
