Inventure Business Plan Submission Form

Thank you for submitting a request for Edwards School of Business students to work with you as part of a class project. We offer comprehensive business plans and other consulting type projects.  Below you will be asked to specify which type of project you are requesting. 

There is no charge for most projects. We only ask that you expenses student might incur.  If there is a charge for a project you will be notified and asked to approve the fee before the project starts.

Contractual Agreements


As a formal partner you will be required to:

  • Sign an agreement between you and the faculty member that outlines the basic expectations and risks for a student project. 
  • ​Sign an agreement between you and the Edwards School of Business that stipulates that the consulting project is your intellectual property and will not be shared by the student with anyone.
Our students and faculty will also sign a confidentiality agreement. 

No Fee to Submit this Project Proposal Form

The Edwards School of Business students and faculty aim to meet or exceed the needs of clients whom submit proposals. Most projects are completed pro bono and given the educational environment, some variance in outcomes is expected. In the event that a fee for service is incurred, a faculty member will notify interested parties.​​
Project Breakdown

Type of Project

Business Plan: this include a business plan for a new business, business expansion, or purchase or take-over of an existing business.

Consulting Type Project: this includes projects where students must assist with solving a problem, doing research and offering suggestions or recommendations.

  • Examples include a marketing plan, marketing research, a branding strategy, a feasibility study, a succession plan for organizations, an organizational review etc.
