  • The personal information you provide in this form is collected by Courthouse Libraries BC ("CLBC") under s.26(c) of FIPPA for the purpose of its program to support the development and delivery of the Roster.
  • The information, including personal information, shared in this form will be disclosed to third parties who administer the Roster.
  • Please update your information in a manner when it becomes inaccurate. To update Roster information, please email Kari Boyle <karidboyle86@gmail.com>, the administrator of the Roster.
