Register to participate in the Graduate Poster Competition

Please complete this form to register as a participant in the Graduate Engineering and Computer Science Poster Competition. Students participating in the competition should note the following important dates:

February 10, 2025: Registration deadline. Students who have registered by this date will receive a link to submit their poster and research abstract by email.
February 23, 2025: Deadline to submit a digital version of your poster and abstract. All guidelines for submitting your poster and abstract can be found on the Submission Guidelines page.
March 6, 2025: Date of the Graduate Engineering and Computer Science Poster Competition. You will need to bring a printed version of your poster to the event. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category.
