Re-use For Good Campus Survey

Thank you for your interest in single-use plastics and products at SFU.

This survey is intended to gather data on initial questions, concerns, or recommendations that the University community has on the Re-use For Good initiative, aimed at eliminating common single-use plastics and products at SFU. This survey can be completed anonymously. Alternatively, you can opt-in to provide your contact information to volunteer. Your contact information will be added to a volunteer and newsletter database. The information you provide is collected under the authority of the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
