This course was designed using "depth education". Unlike most other courses that focus on mastering concepts and skills, depth education takes a counter-intuitive approach by encouraging and supporting you in exploring your personal responses to the course invitations. In other words, your responses are the main content of the course.

Depth education is not prescriptive or descriptive, but diagnostic. It does not pass judgement on your responses and reflections: it offers unconditional regard for your being, while supporting you to expand possibilities for how you see and show up in the world. It does not tell you what to think or what to do, neither does it coddle you or attempt to meet your expectations as a consumer.

Depth education offers a different un/learning social contract for intellectual, emotional, and relational inquiry that helps you to "digest" what is going on within and around you. That is why we also call depth education "probiotic education".
